Our client is a renowned Tier 1 global company that specializes in designing and manufacturing switches for leading OEMs. With its roots in Germany over 80 years ago, the company now executes projects worldwide and boasts eight international subsidiaries in countries including Spain, France, Poland, Italy, Mexico, Brazil, USA, and China. Their primary offerings encompass steering column switches, seat control modules, steering wheel switches, integrated centre consoles, and other mechatronic components.

We are currently seeking a Key Account Manager.

Your role will involve the following tasks:

  • Strategic Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strategic relationships with distribution partners in the Independent Aftermarket across Europe. Serve as the central contact point for business interactions.
  • Sales Growth Strategy: Develop, communicate, implement, and maintain a sales growth strategy aligned with revenue targets for the region. Identify new sales opportunities and lead their pursuit.
  • Product Portfolio Management: Continuously manage the product portfolio. This includes identifying new products and sales opportunities, ensuring product relevance, and making informed decisions about product offerings.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers. Understand their needs and translate them into well-defined technology requirements.
  • Commercial Policies and Pricing: Build and maintain commercial policies. Conduct market and competition analyses, including target pricing analysis.
  • Compliance and Support: Ensure compliance with relevant business and marketing requirements. Provide full support to Plant Management in customer relationship matters.

Our Requirements:

  • A Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, systematic approach, and excellent organizational skills.
